yesterday i went to go see mao's last dancer with a bunch of people, and it was good. to be honest i didnt really feel like watching it, i felt more like a light-hearted movie, but once i got into it, it was really good. be prepared for un-expected water works, because some bits are terrifyingly saddening. they left a few unanswered questions, which they wrapped up in text at the end, which i thought was a little lazy, but apart from that, it was a really good movie. it is based on a true story, written in a novel called mao's last dancer, and a picture book called the peasant prince. be warned, if you are not a fan of angst, i wouldn't go and see this film, if your a fan of reality, yeah check it out.

and it was really funny, because we missed the first train, so there was sixteen minutes till the next, so we thought we had time to take pictures in one of those booths, but we wanted one with more than one pose, so we had to run upstairs and they took ages to print, and then we had to run back down and i was wearing flats with wasnt ideal. anyway, we made it back in time, and had coffee from a vending machine and jols. yummy.

i hate telstra, those bitches. ohk so here is the story. one of my friends accidentaly broke my shine, and cracked the inside screen, so i had to get that fixed, then i got a brick which i really liked for some unknown reason, and that worked great, but then i tried to guess the pin number too many times, and it screwed up and blocked the pin forever, so i got a new one which should have regestered in two hours, it has now been twenty three hours and fifty minutes, and i dont have a network. and neither the telstra helpline or the shop are open, which pisses me off, so i have to wait till tomorrow, so i wont have a useful phone for a while. gah. 

anyway, i will stop talking about myself, how was everyones weekend?
